Meta Tech Provider · WhatsApp Business Platform

WhatsApp, connected to the systems your business actually runs on.

We integrate the WhatsApp Business Platform with your store, your ERP and your logistics — so conversations create orders, confirm deliveries and close tickets instead of sitting in an inbox. You own the account. Meta bills you directly. We build what happens around the messages.

30 minutes, no demo — we map your customer journeys against Meta's message categories and tell you what it will cost to run.

The problem this service solves

Most businesses already use WhatsApp. Orders arrive there, questions arrive there, complaints arrive there. What is missing is the connection between that conversation and the system where the work actually happens.

The result is familiar: an agent reads a message, opens another window, types the same data again, and hopes nothing is lost between the two. The channel with the highest reach in the business is the one least connected to its operations.

Integration closes that gap. A message becomes an order in your store. A delivery exception becomes a form the customer fills in. A payment confirmation writes itself back to your ERP. Nobody retypes anything.

What we integrate — by what the conversation is for

Meta organises business messaging into four categories, each with its own cost, rules and job. Getting the mapping right is the difference between a channel that pays for itself and one that quietly drains budget.

Service · 24-hour window, free

Support that reaches the system

When a customer messages you, a 24-hour service window opens and stays free, resetting with every new message they send. This is where support belongs.

  • Routing into your helpdesk or CRM with order and customer context attached
  • Order-status answers resolved from live data, not a static FAQ
  • Escalation to a human at the point you define, history intact
  • Handover from e-mail or a chatbot to WhatsApp — expensive calls move to a cheaper channel

Utility · the operational core

Order status, delivery and payments driven by real events

Order status, account alerts, payment reminders and post-purchase updates. Meta names the outcomes plainly: fewer inbound queries, less friction around order changes, fewer missed deliveries. Utility messages sent in reply to a customer are not charged.

  • Confirmation, dispatch and delivery updates from events in your store or ERP
  • Delivery exceptions: the customer gets a form to fix the address, reschedule or cancel
  • Payment reminders and settlement confirmations tied to your accounting
  • Invoices, receipts and compliance notices as media messages in the chat
  • Post-purchase feedback while the experience is fresh

Authentication · identity without SMS

One-time passwords over WhatsApp

OTP at login, at checkout or before a high-value action. Meta cites Banco Inter as a case where moving OTP authentication to WhatsApp improved conversion rates.

  • OTP delivery integrated with your authentication provider
  • Verification before payment changes, address changes, high-value cash-on-delivery orders
  • Fallback logic when WhatsApp is unavailable

Marketing · use deliberately

The only category charged at full rate everywhere

It works — for offers, related products and cart recovery — but it carries the highest risk of template rejection and quality-rating damage, and it works best when it is not carrying the whole strategy.

  • Campaign flows that respect the opt-in state held in your customer database
  • Segmentation driven by actual purchase behaviour, not list uploads
  • Timing that uses free windows where they exist, so promotional contact costs less

Two capabilities most implementations never switch on

WhatsApp Flows — forms inside the chat

Flows render dropdowns, input fields and confirmations natively inside WhatsApp. Instead of asking a customer to type an address and parsing whatever comes back, you get structured fields ready to write into a system. Meta's published cases show the effect: a pharmacy retailer reported 2.6× more appointments after moving consultation requests into Flows.

Where it matters most: address correction, delivery rescheduling, order confirmation, return requests, appointment booking — any step that today runs as a chain of free-text questions.

Entry points — where the conversation starts decides what it costs

A button on your website, a QR code on packaging, a link in an e-mail or a click-to-WhatsApp ad. When a customer arrives through a click-to-WhatsApp ad or a Facebook Page call-to-action, nothing you send for the next 72 hours is charged — in any category.

This is a design decision, not a growth hack: a journey in which the customer sends the first message costs a fraction of one built on outbound campaigns, and it gets better response rates because the customer initiated it.

The systems we connect it to

WhatsApp is a channel. Value appears when the conversation writes back to a system of record — and that integration work is our core business.

Shopify

Orders, fulfilments, tags and metafields; embedded apps that keep the conversation state inside the merchant's admin instead of a separate portal.

Microsoft Dynamics 365

Sales orders, customer records, delivery confirmations and reconciliation written back into Finance & Operations.

Logistics and carriers

Dispatch events, delivery exceptions, proof of delivery, cash-on-delivery reconciliation.

E-invoicing and tax

Document delivery to the customer and status tracking on the fiscal side.

Your existing WhatsApp platform

Meta's account sharing lets several partners work with the same WhatsApp Business Account — our automation runs alongside the inbox your agents already use.

You do not have to leave your current WhatsApp tool to add an integration.

What is changing, and what it means for your investment

In June 2026 Meta introduced the Meta Business Agent: an AI agent that answers questions, recommends products from a catalogue, books appointments, qualifies leads and closes sales. More than a million businesses already run one, it connects to hundreds of systems including Shopify, and getting started is free.

Read this as a boundary line. General conversation is becoming a platform feature — a good reason not to pay a subscription for a generic chatbot.

What the platform will not do is your specific work: integrate your national carriers, reconcile your collections, satisfy your local invoicing rules, write to your ERP, or encode the business rules that make your operation yours. That is the layer worth building — and the layer that keeps its value as the platform expands.

How we work

  1. Journey mapping

Each step of your existing customer journeys is mapped to a message category, an entry point and a system of record. The output is a document you can act on with or without us.

  2. Cost model

Expected volume by category, at Meta's published rates for your market. Agreed before development begins.

  3. Account setup

We onboard your business through Embedded Signup. You own the WhatsApp Business Account, the number, the templates and the history. Meta bills you directly, no markup from us.

  4. Templates and Flows

Written and submitted in the correct category — the most common cause of rejection is promotional content submitted as utility. Flows built for the structured steps.

  5. Integration

The actual work: connecting the conversation to Shopify, Dynamics 365, your carriers or your invoicing provider.

  6. Handover

Documentation, monitoring and a support arrangement. Because the account is yours, so is everything built on it.

What you own at the end

If you stop working with us, none of that changes hands.

Where this pays off first

Cash-on-delivery markets

Order confirmation before dispatch, exception handling during delivery, reconciliation after. WhatsApp is the only channel with dependable reach for these conversations across much of Latin America.

High-volume post-purchase operations

Missed deliveries, address errors and rescheduling are expensive failures that one well-timed conversation prevents.

B2B ordering

Wholesale customers who already send orders by WhatsApp, connected straight into the ERP instead of retyped from a notebook.

Regulated document delivery

Invoices and compliance notices on the channel customers actually open.

Acquisition through click-to-WhatsApp ads

Lower cost per lead, plus a 72-hour free messaging window on every lead it produces.

Questions we get on the first call

We already use a WhatsApp platform. Do we have to switch?

No. Meta's account sharing allows several partners to work with the same WhatsApp Business Account. We build the integration; your team keeps the inbox they use.

What will messaging cost us?

Meta publishes rates by market and category and charges per message delivered. Service messages are free, as are utility messages sent in reply to a customer, and everything sent within 72 hours of a click-to-WhatsApp ad. We model your specific volume before development starts.

How is a Tech Provider different from a reseller?

A Tech Provider connects your own account through Embedded Signup, so Meta bills you directly at published rates. Resellers typically place your business under their account with a bundled rate, which hides the real message cost and makes the account harder to take with you.

Why do our templates keep getting rejected?

Most rejections come from category mismatch — promotional wording submitted as utility — or from missing opt-out language and exaggerated claims. Category selection is a design decision with cost consequences, and we treat it as one.

Will Meta's AI agent make this redundant?

It will handle general conversation, catalogue questions and simple booking. It will not integrate your carriers, reconcile your collections or meet your local invoicing rules. Those are the parts we build.

How long does it take?

Account onboarding through Embedded Signup takes minutes. A working integration on top of an existing store or ERP is typically weeks — the platform layer is already solved, so the timeline is driven by your systems, not by WhatsApp.

Which markets do you work in?

We build for Latin America, Europe and CIS markets, with production experience in Colombia, Ukraine and the EU. Message rates, regulatory requirements and buyer behaviour differ by market, and we model each one separately.

Start with the map, not the tool.

Before choosing a platform or approving a budget, it is worth knowing which of your conversations belong in which category, which can be restructured to cost nothing, and which need to write into a system. That map takes one session to produce and is useful whoever builds the integration.
